Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory in real-time.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills for scanning and labeling.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success.
