Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Process returns and inventory with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all Amazon safety protocols and workplace policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and reliability
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
