Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on pick tickets.
- Verify item counts, descriptions, and barcodes to ensure accuracy.
- Package and label items securely for shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy or ability to learn barcode scanning software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team setting.
