Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
