The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the logistics network. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy. This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklift, pallet jack) to move inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties including loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments (coolers and freezers may be present).
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety compliance.
