Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments in accordance with company protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Optimize storage space utilization and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills in English
