Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Associate to manage inventory movement, order fulfillment, and general facility upkeep. Your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles clear and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure all products meet quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not required immediately.
