Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to minimize errors.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs using WMS systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification is a strong plus.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
