Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Package and label products securely for local and national delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets and quotas.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
