Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and scanning products to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Assisting with freight receiving, organizing stock, and tagging new inventory.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners.
