Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels remotely using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Order Processing: Accurately process and track incoming and outgoing orders to ensure 100% fulfillment accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Review daily shipping logs and inventory reports to identify discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with on-site warehouse staff and vendors to resolve logistical issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are met regarding inventory handling.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Remote Work: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
