Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
