Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and company standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for delivery in a timely manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspection and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various temperature conditions.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
