Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic stock placement and organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and Amazon quality guidelines
- Support facility cleanliness and maintenance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
