Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper trainingMaintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Use warehouse management systems for order processing
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
- Valid state ID (no background check needed)
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours with reasonable breaks
