Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in real-time
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills (RF scanner training provided)
