Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train, motivate, and manage team of 10+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Conduct performance reviews and address operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Supply chain management degree preferred
