Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and shipping products with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately update inventory levels in real-time.
- Perform physical tasks such as palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and loading outbound trucks while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and meet daily production targets.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the inventory control team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment centers is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
