Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom areas.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and compliant with all OSHA regulations.
- Assist in organizing shipments and labeling packages according to shipping guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students are encouraged to apply.
