Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain meticulous warehouse organization and safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics operations with 99% accuracy
- Implement lean inventory control systems and cycle counting
- Train new associates on warehouse SOPs and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift certification experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in varying temperatures
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean MVR record
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Spanish bilingual preferred
