Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move, load, and unload goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory with high accuracy to prevent shortages.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Load Securing: Properly secure cargo on trailers and racks to ensure safe transportation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of materials moved and processed as required.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
