Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Stock incoming shipments, verify counts against packing slips, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Documentation: Properly label and tag items to ensure seamless tracking through the distribution center.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and scanning barcodes.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
