Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Scan items, verify quantities, and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all documentation and labeling are correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Material Handling: Move pallets and boxes to designated storage areas efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is required for warehouse driving duties.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
