Responsibilities
- Accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operating warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack, or Reach Truck) safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and ensuring accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborating with team leads to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Handling incoming shipments with care and verifying contents against packing lists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
