Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move, locate, and relocate materials within the facility.
- Perform picking, packing, and scanning of inventory using barcode scanners.
- Inspect, verify, and record incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
