Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Scissor Lift) safely and efficiently.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety procedures.
