Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, following all safety protocols.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our management software.
- Unload delivery trucks and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and ensuring proper securing of cargo.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
