Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and pallets safely using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland facility.
