Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and accurately
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities
- Follow safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Reliable transportation to the 4500 Industrial Park Drive location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment/processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
