Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility and loading docks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Perform daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
