Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Load/unload trucks with proper palletization techniques
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train on new processes and equipment to drive operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible schedule including weekend availability
- Pass background check and drug screen
