Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package orders in our state-of-the-art fulfillment center
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Perform cycle counts and quality control checks on high-volume shipments
- Support dock operations for inbound/outbound truckloads
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced team settings
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-6pm)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
