Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized, clean workspaces
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support cross-functional tasks including receiving and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
