Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Pick and pack orders with precision for weekend shipping deadlines
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) plus potential weekday nights
