Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and prepare inventory for storage, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through strategic stacking and inventory rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory discrepancies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Uphold 5S standards for cleanliness and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (6am-6pm Sat/Sun)
