Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
- Support receiving and stocking operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license if operating company vehicles
