Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Stock inventory and organize storage areas efficiently to optimize workflow.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as required by management.
- Ensure all work areas meet safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Process returns and resolve shipping discrepancies accurately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
