Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using proper lifting techniques.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
