Job Overview
We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious to maintain our efficient warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory flow and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, specifically weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
