Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock management to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
