Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers and conveyances using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and minimal returns.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and verifying stock levels against system data.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Equipment Certification: Current forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
