Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment by accurately scanning, picking, and packing merchandise to strict quality standards.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory data in real-time.
- Inspect products for defects or damages prior to packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity quotas and operational goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper placement of stock.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (prior warehouse experience is a plus).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and aptitude for operating scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under time pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
