Responsibilities
- Oversee and update real-time inventory databases to reflect stock levels accurately.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing warehouse orders with high precision.
- Conduct regular audits of digital records against physical stock to identify discrepancies.
- Generate detailed inventory reports to assist management in decision-making.
- Collaborate with on-site warehouse staff to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company assets and sensitive information.
- Ensure all data entry complies with company security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus).
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Exceptional typing speed and data entry accuracy (minimum 45 wpm).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
