Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict timelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and be available for overtime as business needs require.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
