Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and distribute inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
