Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and stage incoming/outgoing shipments
- Support warehouse cleanliness and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work weekends only schedule
