Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately prepare customer orders for delivery using warehouse management systems and scanners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, verify shipments against packing lists, and perform quality control checks on products.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license may be required for specific driving duties.
