Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package orders to meet shipping deadlines.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.
- Previous Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Forklift Certification: Willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
