Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock orders with 100% accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently during peak operational hours.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
