Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and sort packages to ensure inventory records match stock.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
